The approach in community empowerment has been our focus in order to support self-reliance of the local area, especially in villages. The existence of self-reliant villages in managing all of their potencies in community interests will directly contribute to wider self-reliant area. KBN plays a part as a catalyst in local development process. In order to urge self-reliance of the local area, especially in villages around mining area, KBN formulated several program areas in 2019 in which its implementation is based on the target of development area, starting from regency state to villages by considering national and international issues. These programs areas consist of:

Improvement of Health care

The quality of public health correlates directly with welfare. In the implementation of communities empowerment activities, KBN cooperated with various parties in order to support government in increase the public health, especially that of around the mining area. The implementation of health programs also contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which is also a reference to the Local Government and Central Government. The programs that are already implemented are 24/7 ambulance and medical treatment (on-site/village access), contagious diseases prevention such dengue fever mosquitoes spraying in residential areas, periodically free vitamins/food-supplement for villagers, and education for public awareness in health issues. Another programs related to health improvement issues will be released in a short period.

Culture and Religion sponsorship

We always take part in traditional-cultural and religious activities by providing full support in both material and immaterial, such farm-animal donation for Eid al-Adha, Erau festival, and other local events. We believe that taking part in local community events will create a better environment for all, which in turn will increase productivity in general at the individual, group and community level.

Improvement of Education

KBN group aware that the most poerful force in any business area are the power of peoples, this awareness turn into implementation of Education and Trainning Program which have goal to create more value for the villagers who will by giving free training nor observation for light vehicle (up to heavy equipment) repair/maintenance, safety talk, and administration business.
